If you've already received a confirmation email on your order from one of our
employees, you can also contact that person directly about the order status.
We use PayPal to provide our shopping cart. (A PayPal account is
not required to make a purchase from Ashby Solutions, though.)
Please be aware that PayPal sends you 'current' (on file) shipping address with every payment, whether
requested by us (through the shopping cart or electronic invoice), or sent directly by the customer.
Customers who already have a PayPal account, but who rarely use PayPal for purchases, may not be aware
that they have an old address on file. Please take a moment to review the on-file address, because that's
the one we're going to use to ship your gear, unless you specify otherwise.
At AshbySolutions.com, we try to offer the lowest prices
possible on the products we sell. Sometimes, though, dealer agreements prevent us from advertising prices
below a specific number set by the manufacturer (sometimes called the "MAP" price). We will
always attempt to meet or beat any sale price from another authorized dealer on brand new items.
Exceptions are very few, but include bankruptcy/liquidation sales, auction sales not won at a fixed price
or BuyItNow, and sales of products from unauthorized dealers. Contact us by email or phone, and give us
a chance to hear your other price!
Depending on the discount received from another dealer, we may ask to confirm the price, either by
contacting the dealer, or through a forwarded copy of email correspondence with the dealer.
